Please send a check or money order with your request on university letterhead, stating the name of the course and anticipated enrollment. Limit four titles per request. PAPERBACKS ONLY MAY BE REQUESTED; HARDCOVER EXAM COPIES WILL NOT BE SHIPPED. Mail to: Attn: College Department Desk CopiesIf you would like to adopt a book for your course, please fax or mail your request to Ivan R. Dee on university letterhead with the name of the course, expected enrollment, and the title of the book being used. Please include the desired address you would like the book sent to, as well as the name and phone number of the bookstore(s) where the book has been adopted. In order to speed delivery, please be sure you have placed an order with your school's bookstore before faxing in your request. Desk copies cannot be sent out until the adoption has been confirmed.
